'Tis been a while since I've drawn Hotaru, nor her 'regular outfit'

Anyway, I had the cutest idea to draw ;w; and I tried it traditionally(with the exact same proportions, so that wasn't a problem), but then the ink blotted and FUCKING MESSED UP EVERYTHING
yeah, but I'm really happy with these results >w< she turned out so cute! and I'm GLaD I got in a weird mood for details and backgrounds, otherwise this would kinda be half-assed.
But yes, i should stay up late and draw more often ^^ maybe..

The spoon was originally going to be silver, but it looked much better gold. and I know that's weird, but the rest of the picture has gold xD 
And I was debating on a fishy cake or a strawberry one, but realized the fishy one looked awful ;w; hy did I used to draw things like that..?
