GLaDOs and Felix are not lovers or a couple or anything. They're companions to eachother, and very close. Often they get mistaken as a couple, but they don't actually share a romance. 

Really this was kind of an excuse to draw them in their companion cube outfits ;w;; because they're so adorable that way.

I don't like what the scanner did to the pink D:< ugh
In real life it looks much better..
But the lineart turned out great
